My Approach
I am a strong believer that the answers we’re conditioned to look outward for, are and have always been within us. It is our challenge as conscious beings to reconnect to this inner knowing, strengthen our attunement to it and foster self-trust and self-kindness.
My approach is compassionate, supportive and direct. I believe developing an honest, authentic therapeutic relationship is key to making changes, so providing a non-judgmental, trauma-informed space is my priority. We’ll laugh in sessions (yes, therapy can be fun!) and work together to identify your goals, highlight and build upon your strengths and insights, and explore concepts like vulnerability, intimacy and self-compassion.
I embrace a holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection and take pride in supporting clients along the journey of deepening their understanding of and connection to self. We'll explore the function of lifelong habits, affirm the role they’ve played in getting you this far, and explore the possibility of letting go of those that no longer serve you.
